We offer a tranquil accepting atmosphere guided by the desire to help clients achieve holistic health. We have three therapist on staff to accomodate client demand and a yoga studio offering a.m. and p.m. classes. Mary Shoulders is a Nationally Licensed Massage Therapist of lver 20 years, a practicing LPN, and a massage educator at Sheridan College. Echo is a health enthusist who has dedicated the last 10 years of her life to delving into personal fitness, yoga, and massage. Winter is a Nationally Licensed MT who is driven by her desire to help and to heal others. Massage trreatments range from deeply relaxing to intensely therapeutic. Myofascial, deep tissue, cupping, hot stone, prenatal, lymphayic, and spa treatments are all on the menu.
