I have learned that the best results achieved in a body are accomplished in approximately 90 minutes of hands on work. Why offer anything less? You want to feel your best and I am going to give you my best. I work on your body until your body says it is done. I no longer work with just one modality at session. You will experience many modalities in my work. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Reflexology. I will be looking for pliable tissue. Range of Motion in joints. Perhaps you require some Reiki and some crystals as your energetic self needs to be re-balance as well. I will end the session with a strong, all natural liniment, CBD oil or essential oil with your permission, of course. Come be a part of my tribe!
