My philosophy of practice is using a combination of swedish, myofacial release, and neuromuscular retraining to address chronic pain and soft tissue dysfunction. Each session includes a full physical assessment, using postural assessment, muscle testing/soft tissue testing, and function and mobility testing to create a customized treatment plan to fit your needs and goals.
