We believe in the power of the human touch and the body's ability to heal itself....naturally. These treatments create balance which is important for a healthy lifestyle. We offer various techniques such as Relaxation(swedish), Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Prenatal and Grief Companion. All integrated to relieve pain, break up fascial adhesions and tension in the muscles. These can contribute to the body not performing optimally and healing quickly. Once the tension is released and nervous system calmed, the body is able to heal on its own. We also offer Life Coaching, Spiritual Direction and Hands on Healing treatments such as, Reiki, Hot Stone Healing.
