I provide therapeutic and relaxation massage in a welcoming space on the East Side of Madison on Winnebago St. Each massage is tailored to the client's needs as I incorporate different modalities I've learned over the years. Stress can accumulate in the body and I love helping clients reduce muscular tension and relax and find a sense of peace. It's wonderful self-care, can help with chronic pain, headaches, back, neck and shoulder pain, and can help alleviate some of the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
