I am a Medical Massage Therapist with 20 years experience. Medical massage is outcome based to target a specific problem. After a thorough assessment/ evaluation by the therapist a combination of techniques will be used to address soft tissue imbalances, restore normal range of motion and decrease pain and Inflammation. I am also a Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. I use a gentle form of massage to encourage the natural drainage of lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. It also addresses restrictions in the soft tissue allowing the body to unwind from tension and natural lymph flow to return. Lymphatic Drainage can increase lymph flow by up to 10 times for up to 36 hours!
