Katie Welnetz, licensed Massage Therapist offering 30, 60 and 90 minute massage and bodywork appointments. All appointments are customized to the needs and outcomes of each individual client. I am trained in Swedish relaxation massage, hot stone massage, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, sports massage and chair massage. My therapeutic massage training includes techniques in cupping, deep tissue, trigger point/neuromuscular therapy, muscle energy technique, and myofascial release. In addition, I also earned a thorough education in anatomy, physiology, pathology and kinesiology.
