Betts Williams has studied and practiced in the fields of Therapeutic Touch, Myofascial Release l, ll, Unwinding, and Cervical Thoracic . She is a Reiki Master, a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist & a Licensed Massage Therapist. Betts has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. She has taught Physical Education to children kindergarten through fifth grade. Her experience is varied, having over 15 years experience working with people of all disabilities and ages. Betts believes every person needs time and space to "just be", and slow everything down. She helps people get back to their true selves-balanced, peaceful, and centered. ALL ARE WELCOME
