Adhesions act like glue in a muscle causing it to not stretch and shorten properly. This leads to a muscle that doesn’t have the flexibility or strength to perform its job. This will alter the normal motion of the joint and cause pain and also nerve pain. We have over 18 years of experience using different soft tissue techniques for treating adhesions.
