At Heart & Hands Massage Holistic Women’s Care I am committed to helping all women reach their highest level of physical and spiritual well-being. I always allow enough time at each session for prayer and/or guided meditation. This helps to restore balance and healing to the soul. I enjoyed a 40 year career in nursing and the Christian healing ministry, and incorporate what I have learned about wellness into my therapeutic massage as well as specialized classes for chair yoga. Each individual is unique, and I will always do my best to make your experience special and unhurried.
