LMT since 2011. Located in North Everett. I provide therapeutic massage with the intention of helping you achieve health and healing and a sense of well-being. Experience an excellent muscle specific deep tissue massage at Studio M that addresses the entire person -- mind, body and spirit. Feel how a relaxing deep tissue massage can bring healing by helping the body come to a place where it can receive and respond to therapy. I listen to what your goals are for the massage, as well as working intuitively; being guided by the body towards the right amount of pressure. Sessions may include stretching, massage cupping, gua sha, hot stones, and/or heat treatments.
