At Road to Resilience Massage, treatments are restorative and focus on optimal wellness. We offer massage for wellness and are also certified in Medical Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Insurance plans currently accepted include Aetna, Kaiser, Tri-West, L&I, and auto/personal injury. Customized sessions may include, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, hydrotherapy, cupping, and lymphatic drainage. Pressure level during sessions is monitored/adjusted to your preference. Some individuals respond to deeper pressure; others have conditions that require or benefit from a lighter touch. We have extensive training in post-surgical care for joint replacements, plastic surgery, and mastectomy/reconstruction.
