In 2014, Riverstone Wellness originally opened as “Kneading Touch Massage”, located in Anacortes. Then, in 2018, Kneading Touch moved to Downtown Mount Vernon. This move came with a name change, and now is known as Riverstone Wellness. Located inside the beautifully remodeled Polson building, in the heart of Downtown Mount Vernon. RSW sits ground level with street parking available. A private lobby and tranquil treatment space provide a therapeutic atmosphere to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Riverstone Wellness is owned and operated by Lauren Reichlin, a Licensed Massage Therapist with 12 years of experience. Lauren curates a relaxing and effective massage using various modalities, incorporating warm riverstones into most treatments.
