Quintessence defined...the essence of something in it's purest and most concentrated form. I customize each massage to meet the needs of my client, based on their specific goals. My techniques include Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, and Myofacial Release. I offer both targeted therapeutic sessions designed to treat specific conditions or injuries; as well as wellness massage sessions for overall well-being and relaxation. I enjoy working with clients from all ages and stages in life. I offer aromatherapy with high quality essential oils, and subscribe to only the safest standards of use.
