I'm Tarynn Kettel, owner of Pacific Sol Massage and a licensed massage therapist (MA61582656) practicing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. As a Pacific Northwest resident and mom, I understand the active lifestyles and everyday stresses we all face. Whether you're a parent, a desk-jockey, an athlete, or someone who needs a moment to unwind, I believe massage therapy can be a powerful tool for promoting overall well-being. Because everyone's needs are different, I use a combination of integrative techniques – deep tissue work, myofascial release, muscle manipulation, structural alignment, joint mobilization, cupping therapy, hot stones, Swedish massage, Shiatsu and Thai – to create a personalized session that's just right for you.
