The work I do is mostly light, gentle and relaxing. I physically work with your fascia, peripheral nervous system, lymphatic system, and vascular system to promote healing in injured or unhealthy tissues. I energetically work with your visceral organs, hormonal system, central nervous system, energetic bodies, belief system, and trauma to balance and remove what blocks your innate ability to be a fully healed human being. I work with your body as a facilitator for your healing. My goal as your therapist is to help you free yourself completely from what is limiting you.
