Nationally certified and I have been practicing massage for over 20 years and Teaching vinyasa and Yin yoga for 10 years. I specialize in deep tissue Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release techniques and Swedish Massage. I believe in addressing my patient's pain to achieve optimal whole health. I love spending time with family and friends as well as outdoors, hiking, camping, and teaching yoga.
