Hello! Welcome to Jen's Helping Hands! My name is Jennifer and I have been a massage therapist since January 2003. Massage therapy is a great way to relax or rejuvenate tired muscles and to help you with your aches and pains. Blending deep tissue and relaxing swedish massage to create a therapeutic treatment customized for each client is what I enjoy most. My specialty is focusing on the back, shoulders and neck, but wherever you ache, I can help! I believe that massage doesn't have to "hurt" in order for it to work. My goal is to help you relax and start you on your journey of being stress and pain-free!
