Susan Asprey LMT, incorporates massage techniques that help the body to relax, increase range and promote healing. The needs of each client are individualized for a unique treatment plan that may include: Swedish, Deep Tissue,Trigger Point therapy, PNF, Hot and Cold Stone therapy, Hot Towels and Seated Chair. Susan also works with clients to help them achieve their wellness goals through the art of creating with clay. This allows clients to focus on goals to increase flexibility and strengthen hands, wrists and arms as well as nurturing the emotional/ mental and social aspects of our wellbeing! Wellness = Balance
