Welcome to Grit City Heath. Offering a unique blend of movement/treatment/relaxation massage services, Pilates/personal training, and health/wellness/performance coaching designed around your goals and activities from my Tacoma, Washington clinic. Most sessions combine movement, treatment, and relaxation into a client focused experience to help you get the most out of your everyday life or athletic ambitions. Now add active recovery tools, an infrared sauna, and/or compression boots to your session and you are set up to have the “Rest Day Ever!”
