Stephanie has worked in top notch gyms and high end spas in the PNW. She has worked on athletes, people with high demanding jobs and those who just want to relax. Stephanie Upchurch has been a licensed massage therapist since 2008. She specializes in deep tissue but uses a blend of modalities that can range from Trigger Point, Thai, Lomi Lomi, Cupping, Sports Deep Tissue, and techniques that she has acquired over her years of training and bodywork practice. As an active person herself, she knows just how important it is for us to feel good while doing the things we love. Her goal for each massage is to help bring pain relief, increased flexibility and help de-stress, to bring a sense of relaxation/balance back into your life
