I use a combination of myofascial release, rhythmic movements, craniosacral, and cupping, to unwind tension and ease discomfort in the body. I work with a variety of people including those with cancer and lymphedema. I believe even bodies in pain are seeking well being and as a bodyworker I get to help you connect with your inherent health.
