Wellness Within is home of Licensed Massage Therapists, Amy Lamb and Mercedes Smith. We are a massage studio that specializes in eclectic massage & bodywork therapies to address the mind, body & spirit maintenance needs of the working & retired community. Each therapy session is customized to fit each clients specific therapeutic needs after thorough assessment at the time of the appointment. Contemporary cupping methods & other integrative modalities are also applied to meet the specific therapeutic needs of each client. We are conveniently located in the heart of King George behind the Mary Wash Urgent Care. In addition to providing therapy inside the studio, we offer hassle free Mobile Services to our immediate and neighboring regions.
