I have helped my clients recover from frozen shoulder, sciatic pain, hamstring pull, plantar fasciitis, headaches back pain, S.I. Joint pain, IT bands pain, hip pain, stress. I am an experienced licensed massage Therapist for over 14 years. I also carry a bachelors in Physical Education focused in sports medicine. I’ve had classes in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, sports injuries, Anatomy, Orthopedic Massage. I’m a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and a certified health coach.
