My name is John Hart a graduate of Medical Careers Institute with over 1150 credit hours of schooling. I earned an Associates degree in Applied Science with a Major in Massage Therapy. I am certified by the Virginia Board of Nursing and also hold a National Certification by the National Certification Board For Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. My work has its foundations in Myofasial, Neuromuscular and Sports Therapies. I offer both Deep Tissue and General Relaxation treatments utilizing various speeds, rhythms, and pressures to treat pain, muscle tension, and injury while reducing stress. Each Therapy session is tailored to meet your individual treatment goals.
