My mission is to empower individuals and communities on their path to wholeness, using informed touch, mindfulness, education, and activism. Priorities: -To provide affordable and accessible high-quality massage and bodywork to those who may have limited access. -To empower clients to be fully authentic and whole. -To craft community around mindfulness, body-mind integration, health/wellness, and asset-based community activism. -To advocate for marginalized communities by partnering with nonprofits and small businesses led by people of color, women, and LGBTQIA persons.
