Niyama Massage is a private massage practice in Richmond, started by Virginia Board of Nursing LMT Katelyn Lilly. Niyama is a set of 5 practices involved in a positive, balanced life, all of which can somehow tie to body work. My goal is to provide therapeutic, intuitive touch to facilitate healing in your body with every session, and empathetically tune into every client's varying physical needs. I am certified and proficient in deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, hot stones, CBD, sports, prenatal, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial restriction, NMT, and working on achieving many more. I am truly passionate about helping people relax and bringing positive energy to everyone I work with; I look forward to that being with you!
