I am very happy to announce that I am now certified to do Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) work. Please feel free to ask me more about FSM. With my massage practice I use an integrated approach with an emphasis towards therapeutic massage techniques. My massage techniques include Myofascial Release and Deep tissue along with other appropriate modalities all with the goal of lowering or eliminating pain and increasing range of motion and freedom of movement. I am constantly striving to learn new techniques to incorporate towards achieving a better feeling of wellness for you and am always open to feedback to improve your experience and to help you reach your goals as pertains to our sessions together.
