Craniosacral therapy, medical massage therapy, myofascial release, private yoga, yoga classes for beginners. Corporate on-site massage therapy, yoga and wellness programs. Heather graduated in 2006 from the Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga and has been working as a full time therapist ever since. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2010 and a Reiki Master in 2013. In addition to many CEU’s and consciousness-based gatherings, she added CranioSacral Therapy to her list of favorite modalities to practice. She has travelled regionally and abroad working in spas, festivals and offices, but her favorite spot is this location in beautiful Old SW in the historic home called the Bea-ing Center.
