I am certified as a functional medicine health coach. I received my formal training through studies at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, Inc. The FMCA is considered by many as The Gold Standard In Health Coach Education. I am state licensed in massage therapist through the VA Board of Nursing and board certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork with NCBTMB since 2003. I graduated from the Virginia School of Technology for Massage Therapy in Richmond, VA in 2002. The massage treatment modalities I use are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle Release Technique, Integrative Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Body Balancing and Reiki.
