I am a certified Pilates teacher and licensed massage therapist. Currently I teach Pilates at Pilates Plus in Richmond and Exquisite House Pilates in Midlothian. I practice massage therapy out of my space at 5500 Monument Avenue across from the Weinstein JCC. I have been teaching Pilates for 24 years. I specialize in functional mobility and working with individuals with Osteoporosis, Spinal Pathologies and Back Pain. I teach small group Pilates apparatus classes and private, one-on-one sessions. My approach to massage therapy is very therapeutic, holistic and personal.
