Our combined 30 years of experience ensures a comfortable, safe, and effective session. We offer sports, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point work, Swedish, cupping, and gua sha modalities. *Coming soon: Manual Lymph Drainage!* Each session is tailored to your specific needs on that day.
