Ashton Health, PLLC provides a new paradigm in orthopedic care. As a licensed medical massage practitioner, Stephanie Ashton combines manual therapy modalities from physical therapy with her massage work. Stephanie specializes in medical massage and sports massage along with many other massage therapies including soft tissue work, deep tissue work, cupping therapy, joint mobilization, trigger point release, TMJ treatment, cranial sacral therapy, muscle energy technique, sacroiliac joint treatment, and rock taping (kinesiology tape). By combining the best of physical therapy and massage therapy, and applying over 14 years of training by mentors, classes, and experience, Stephanie's patients realize better, longer-lasting results.
