I customize massages for each client, depending on their specific needs, and use a combination of massage modalities. By incorporating PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) to increase range of motion and flexibility, Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial/cupping, and/or reiki energy work, it gives every client the maximum benefit from their massage. I specialize in relieving low back/sciatica pain as well as neck/range of motion pain. My massage style uses slow, intentional/mindful, long strokes to help facilitate a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience at a pressure the client is comfortable with.
