Trained in traditional Chinese medical massage, Amma massage is used to help you heal your body with a more holistic modality. Help relieve pain post injury or surgery or just come to relax and unwind from daily stressors. Certified Massage Therapist registered in the state of Vermont, also have my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree and am a Registered Nurse in Vermont (and compact states). Currently a Registered Provider for VT Medicaid and part of the High Tech Nurse program. Come relax and have a stress reducing massage, trigger point work, in a full body, intuitively targeted 30, 60 or 90 minute session of pure self care.
