Rick Lothrop Massage Therapy and Bodywork is a Vermont massage therapy practice that tailors unique manual therapy to meet your needs in the moment. Whether, for chronic pain, athletic performance & recovery, or simply stress reduction & relaxation. Techniques include deep tissue massage, sports massage, neuromuscular & trigger point therapy and Swedish massage. My mission is to provide quality bodywork and massage therapy with integrity in hopes of helping and healing, without discrimination or judgment. I have over 33 years of experience working in both massage therapy as well as 14 years practicing in the Physical Therapy field.
