Hi! My name is Kat (she/her) I have been studying healing arts for over three decades and have been in private practice for 25 years. That’s a long time! While I have an extensive educational foundation, my most valued teachers have been my clients and the sheer number of hours logged at work. My goal as a practitioner is to empower my clients; to aid them in developing increased self awareness, connection, ease, and most importantly, the tools needed to continue developing those qualities, long after our sessions are over. I work across a broad spectrum of modalities, grouped into three categories: BODYWORK, COACHING, CLASSES
