Welcome to HAVEN Massage & Sauna! Sarah Chila, CMT, LMT and owner of this practice feels passionately motivated to provide safe space for others to expand upon their own capacities to reach health and wellness goals. Helping people to feel deeply relaxed and freed up from the everyday tension patterns is one of the most rewarding practices for her. Sarah began working as a massage therapist on 2012. She offers several forms of massage and tailors her technique to the unique needs of each client. For many years It has been a dream of Sarah's to offer sauna as a stand alone service as well as massage and sauna as a dual service! That dream has come true through the addition of a beautiful infrared sauna room.
