Unlike the traditional spa environment, my massage appointments include the full minutes booked with additional minutes for intake and follow up planning. Whether it’s a one-time visit or through a customized treatment plan, I will help you become an advocate for your health and support you in working towards your goals—mentally, physically, spiritually.
