Rachel has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 22 years with advanced skills in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Swedish, sports, facilitated stretching, pregnancy massage, and much more. She is a graduate of Utah College of Massage Therapy. Rachel is also licensed in energy work including acupressure, cranial sacral, shiatsu, touch for health, and reflexology. Each session of 60-90 minutes is customized to provide the optimal results for each client. Pricing ranges from $160-$200. Rachel works with professional athletes and those working their way to that status. She also works on anyone wishing to feel better and maintain or improve overall health and well being.
