Russ is an intuitive and thoughtful bodyworker who is trained in advanced modalities, reiki master, and a certified Dharma Yoga Teacher. He is excellent at troubleshooting to provide a plan and space for people to be more effectively proactive in their healing process. He is experienced with orthopedic, clinical, deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, along with nurturing and swedish massage. He also offers energetic work such as reiki. On his free time Russ can be found playing with his dog shanti, taking care of plants, and riding his motorcycle.
