I have been in practice since 2016 and specialize in deep tissue and sports massage with a focus on recovery and improving mobility and range of motion. I achieve this by combining a variety of modalities such as Swedish, Thai, Shiatsu, myofasical release, assisted stretching, cupping and gua sha. Ideal for athletes or anyone experiencing the day to day aches and pains.
