MassageFit — A fitness massage studio that helps athletes and ordinary folk recover from sports-related and or fitness-related related activities. With our touch, therapists relieve pain, heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in general wellness. We’re called “MassageFit” because we are experts in helping you recover from fitness-related activities and maintaining optimal recovery through regular maintenance. Using a combination of specialized bodywork techniques, scraping tools, range of motion stretching and cupping therapy to tailor your session according to your individual needs.
