Sarah Sanchez is a licensed massage therapist/bodyworker who launched Massage with a Flow in June of 2022. Her philosophy goes beyond more than just a massage on the table. Her space creates a safe comfortable environment for anyone who is in need of relaxation and body recovery. Her passion runs deep in the body specializing in deep tissue bodywork, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage massage, assisted stretching, cupping and breathe work. Her therapy does not stop on the table. She engages with clients by educating and providing information about body awareness. A passionate believer in touch to heal.
