I am a licensed massage therapist that specializes in sports massage/pain relief. Each session is customized to your needs. I utilize cupping, scraping, and stretching during each session if needed. I work on a variety of issue such as shoulder pain, neck pain, low back pain, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, golfer/tennis elbow etc. All of my session are getting to the deepest layer to relieve muscle tension and pain. I use a combination of trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and myofascial release. This IS NOT a dim candle light setting with relaxing music. All session are targeted to unwind training/daily patterns you do throughout the day. None of these session are full body.
