I provide a clinical therapeutic massage therapy. I am very experienced in sports massage that helps athletes as well as gym enthusiasts and weekend warriors get back their range of motion in their bodies. I specialize in shoulder issues as well as hips, knee and plantar fasciitis issues. I work with the fascial patterns of the body, finding adhesions that may be inhibiting range of motion in these areas. PNF stretching and using fascial tools are my favorite modality to unlock dysfunctional patterns and achieve pain free range of motion.
