Grady Byram, LMT, is excited to help those in the Wimberley community, and beyond, feel and move better in their body! Grady will work with you on a unique Myofascial Release treatment plan to meet your specific goals whether your goals are to reduce pain, increase mobility, improve performance or just feel more centered and connected in your body. Grady uses Myofascial Release, a gentle, whole-body manual therapy pioneered by John Barnes, to work toward your goals and the ultimate goal of helping you restore and maintain an overall sense of wellbeing, ease and harmony in your body.
