I have always believed in the power of touch and what it can help aid in. Completion of an extensive internship which has given me a multitude of experience with a variety of clients. I specialize in swedish massage designed to best meet your needs by adapting the massage using a variety of modalities and skills I have learned. My treatment style is grounding and calming as I incorporate swedish relaxation, trigger point therapy and gentle therapeutic stretching. I am passionate about helping others feel their best and aiding in the achievement of deep relaxation.
