If you’re an athlete—whether high school, amateur, college, pro—or a weekend warrior/desk jockey dealing with chronic or acute pain, you’ve found the right place. I offer bodywork that targets the root cause of your discomfort, not just the symptoms. Through a tailored blend of modalities: sports/deep tissue massage, fascial stretch therapy and Gua-Sha (scraping) to name a few, each session is designed to support your body’s recovery & performance. I’m a licensed massage therapist with a focus on sports recovery. You’ll also receive guided homework to help reinforce progress between visits. Every treatment plan is unique, and most sessions are performed over loose fitting workout clothes. Located inside The Wholesome Body on the West Side.
