With over 10 years experience, my skills and intuitive touch help powerfully unwind the unique tension in your body, while helping your mind and spirit deeply rest. I’m trained in various modalities of therapeutic massage and bodywork including myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish, and trigger point therapy, ashiatsu “deep feet” massage, and pre-natal massage. When I’m not massaging, I love spending time on the lake boating, traveling and playing with my mastiff Benny . ◦
